I think one of the biggest misconceptions about fitness, is that you need to join an expensive gym, shell out top dollar for supplements, and/or even go to great lengths to hire a personal trainer and/or coach. But the bottom line is, you don't need to spend even one dollar.
Let's tackle some myths that will help you get on your way. For starters, do you need any fancy meal replacement powders? Well, unless you're pressed for time or you lack a kitchen, you not only don't need the powders, but whole foods are way better. A great source of protein and essential fats are eggs. When's the last time you had a quality breakfast? Cereal is junk, as well as pastries and donuts.
For starters, try out a new routine for just one week. Wake up early, go out for a nice walk, maybe take some grapefruit juice before going out. Once you get home, take a nice hot shower, get dressed, cook some eggs, eat, and get off to a great day.
Your body will be in optimal fat-burning mode and you'll feel so good, you'll be hooked! No powders, no gym, just simple, effective exercise and good nutrition!
